What type of personal data do we collect, and what is the purpose?
To book a stay for our guests we need basic personal information such as name, contact information, address, and payment information. When a guest books a stay through our platform, we also use this information to send an order confirmation and other relevant information about your stay. All payment data collected are handled securely and encrypted by Stripe - one of the world's biggest payment platform providers.
The main reason for collecting this type of data is to provide the best possible service.
Lastly we use personal data to send relevant information about special offers, or services which might be relevant.
When signing up for our newsletter, we store your name and email address. If you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter we will delete your personal information.
Who are we sharing your data with?
To create the most unique experiences for our guests, we have partnered up with a big network of hosts in both Denmark and in the rest of Europe. Therefore, it is necessary for us to share your information with the host, where the stay is booked.
All our hosts have signed a data protection agreement, to keep your data stored securely.
Your personal data will therefore only be used during your stay.
How long do we store your data?
We only store your personal data as long as it is relevant, and as long as it is allowed cf. the current legislation on the processing of personal data.
What are your rights to make decisions about your data?
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will delete your personal information.
