The safety of our guests and hosts is always our highest priority.
We therefore recommend all our hosts and guests to comply with the covid-19 guidelines issued by the health authorities and pay extra attention to increased hygiene.
For guests who are not vaccinated, we recommend to get a negative covid test before arriving at the location.
What are my options if I can't use my planned stay due to Covid-19?
Answer: If there are more than 14 days until the stay, our normal cancellation policy applies, which means that you can change your booking or get a voucher that can be used at all Owayy locations.
If there are less than 14 days to the stay and you have either received a positive covid test or have a reasonable suspicion of infection, you have the option to move your booking to another available date at the same location, or get a voucher applicable to the location where the stay is booked.
When requesting to use our covid-19 cancellation policy, you should be ready to provide relevant documentation, showing how the incident has affected you or your reservation
Requests for vouchers or change of date related to covid-19 must be made before the planned start of the stay.
